हम users को official links, online forms, document preparation, printing/cropping tools और available application assistance तक पहुँचने में मदद करते हैं। Government logos, department names, scheme names या portal links केवल identification और user guidance के लिए दिखाई दे सकते हैं; उनसे ownership, endorsement, partnership या official affiliation implied नहीं होती।

किसी सरकारी service का official fee, eligibility, deadline, format और process संबंधित authority तय करती है। User को final submission या payment से पहले official portal पर current details verify करनी चाहिए।

Application delay या rejection user की गलत/incomplete information, document quality, eligibility, authority review, portal outage या policy change सहित कई कारणों से हो सकता है।

• User को submitted name, date, number, address, spelling और document details final submission से पहले verify करनी चाहिए।
• केवल lawful, genuine और अपने/authorised person के documents उपयोग करें। Forged या altered document prohibited है।
• Unreadable, expired, incomplete या incorrect document से delay, rejection या reprocessing cost हो सकती है।
• OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, CVV, password या unnecessary banking credentials कभी share न करें।

हम obvious error identify करने का प्रयास कर सकते हैं, लेकिन हर document की legal authenticity या हर submitted fact की independent verification की guarantee नहीं देते।

Portal पर उपलब्ध Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Ayushman, ration card, driving licence, photo, signature, PDF या अन्य editing/printing tools केवल convenience के लिए हैं। Generated output स्वयं किसी original government document, legal certification या official verification का substitute नहीं है।

• Source PDF/image की quality output quality को प्रभावित करेगी।
• Browser, screen, printer, margin और scaling से physical size बदल सकता है।
• Print से पहले A4 preview, one-page setting, orientation और dimensions check करें।
• QR/barcode readability final print quality और crop पर निर्भर करती है।

Official portals, state websites, Android apps, payment providers या अन्य third-party resources के links सुविधा के लिए दिए जा सकते हैं। External website का content, security, privacy, accessibility, availability और transaction CSC EthicalGrow के control में नहीं है।

Link खोलने से पहले domain, HTTPS connection और publisher verify करें। External portal पर उसकी Terms, Privacy Policy, fees और grievance process लागू होगी। किसी link का होना continuous endorsement या availability की guarantee नहीं है।

Government fee, payment-gateway fee और CSC EthicalGrow assistance charge अलग हो सकते हैं। Payment से पहले displayed charge और included work समझें। Manual payment में केवल genuine UTR/reference submit करें।

Bank/gateway delay, duplicate debit, failed credit या refund timeline third-party reconciliation से प्रभावित हो सकते हैं। Eligible cases हमारी Refund & Cancellation Policy के अनुसार review होंगे। Payment-related problem में duplicate payment से पहले support से confirmation लें।

Website content general guidance और service assistance के लिए है। यह personalised legal, tax, financial, medical, agricultural-title, land-ownership या अन्य regulated professional advice नहीं है। High-impact decision के लिए relevant authority या qualified professional से सलाह लें।

Land record, Kisan card या QR summary tools source document में उपलब्ध data को organise/display कर सकते हैं; वे ownership, mutation, title या legal possession का independent proof/verification नहीं बनाते। Official land records और competent authority का record प्राथमिक होगा।

Maintenance, hosting issue, internet failure, browser incompatibility, cyber incident, traffic load या third-party outage से website/service temporarily unavailable हो सकती है। हम reliability और security बेहतर रखने का प्रयास करते हैं, लेकिन uninterrupted या error-free operation की absolute guarantee नहीं देते।

User को important acknowledgement, receipt, downloaded file और transaction reference की अपनी backup copy सुरक्षित रखनी चाहिए। Shared/public device पर काम पूरा होने के बाद logout और sensitive downloads delete करें।

जहाँ applicable law अनुमति देता है, CSC EthicalGrow user error, unauthorised credential sharing, source-file defect, printer setting, government/third-party decision, external portal outage या events outside reasonable control से उत्पन्न indirect/consequential loss के लिए responsible नहीं होगा।

यह disclaimer fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence या applicable law के तहत non-excludable responsibility को remove नहीं करता। किसी consumer के mandatory statutory rights को इस page से समाप्त या अनुचित रूप से सीमित नहीं किया जाता।

Services, technology या legal requirements बदलने पर disclaimer update हो सकता है। Updated date इस page पर दिखाई जाएगी। यह disclaimer हमारी Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy और Refund Policy के साथ पढ़ा जाना चाहिए।

यदि किसी wording और applicable law में conflict हो, applicable law प्रभावी होगा। किसी specific paid service की clearly displayed condition केवल उस service के संबंधित विषय पर लागू होगी।
